Hester Biosciences invests up to Rs 10.50 million for a 26% stake in SLYCE AGRI WORLD LLP

Hester Biosciences Limited announced that its board of directors approved a capital contribution of up to Rs 10.50 million for a 26% stake in SLYCE AGRI WORLD LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated on November 23, 2016, that generates renewable energy. The investment, to be made in one or more tranches, will facilitate a Power Purchase Agreement and enable Hester Biosciences to become a sole captive member consumer of the generating entity, fulfilling captive compliance requirements. SLYCE AGRI WORLD LLP, based in Ahmedabad, reported a turnover of Rs 1.30 million in fiscal year 2022-23, Rs 40.86 million in fiscal year 2023-24, and Rs 22.40 million in fiscal year 2024-25.
