Xpro India Limited submitted a certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, the company’s registrar and share transfer agent.
