Sumitomo Chemical India confirms compliance with SEBI regulations via MUFG Intime India

Sumitomo Chemical India Limited confirmed compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, stating that securities received for dematerialization were listed on stock exchanges and certificates were mutilated and cancelled after verification by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, who acted as the R&T agent.
