CP Capital Limited, formerly known as Career Point Limited, informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that M/s Ankit Consultancy Private Limited, its Registrar & Share Transfer Agent, has confirmed no demat and remat requests were received from depository participants for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
