Refex Renewables reported no physical share certificates received for dematerialisation during Q2 2026

Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Limited, in accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirmed that no physical share certificates were received for dematerialisation or rematerialisation of securities from depository participants during the second quarter ended September 30, 2026, based on a certificate from GNSA Infotech Private Limited, the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
