ICICI Lombard General Insurance allotted shares under employee stock option schemes

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited announced the allotment of 32,526 equity shares of Rs 10 each on October 5, 2026, under the ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Option Scheme-2005 and ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Unit Scheme-2023, with 30,451 shares and 2,075 shares respectively, as well as 15,000 shares to a Whole-time Director and 17,526 shares to other eligible option/unit holders, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
