The allotment is linked to convertible warrants initially issued on December 29, 2025, and adjusted after the company’s 1:2 bonus issue, with a balance consideration paid by the warrant holders. The company also disclosed that ten investors received the allotted shares, with Rashmi Jain and Girdhari T Jaisinghani each receiving 4,000 shares.
