Lake Shore Realty confirms dematerialization of securities via Alankit Assignments

Lake Shore Realty Limited, formerly known as Mahaan Foods Limited, announced that Alankit Assignments Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, has issued certificates under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming the dematerialization of securities and subsequent cancellation of physical share certificates.
