Royal Sense Limited informed the BSE Limited that details of securities dematerialized/rematerialized during the half year ended September 30, 2026, as required under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, have been furnished by its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd., to the stock exchange. As of September 30, 2026, the company had 910,000 shares in demat mode with NSDL, 4,440,146 shares in demat mode with CDSL, and no shares in physical mode, totaling 5,350,146 shares.
