Imagicaaworld Entertainment sells Hotel Novotel Imagicaa to Juniper Hotels for Rs 248 crore

Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited announced it has entered into a binding memorandum of understanding with Juniper Hotels Limited for the sale of Hotel Novotel Imagicaa, located in Khopoli, Maharashtra, for a lumpsum consideration of Rs 248 crore, subject to tax deductions and other adjustments. The transaction, which is subject to shareholder approval, will be executed as a slump sale and requires definitive documents including a deed of conveyance and/or a business transfer agreement.
