CLN Energy Limited’s promoter received Rs 10.58 crore via allotment of 250,000 equity shares

CLN Energy Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the allotment of 2,50,000 equity shares at an issue price of Rs 423 per share to CLN Energy PTE Limited, a promoter, raising Rs 10,57,50,000 for the company. The allotment increases the company's paid-up capital from Rs 10,55,32,500 to Rs 10,80,32,500, comprising 1,08,03,250 equity shares of Rs 10 face value each.
