Juniper Hotels to acquire Novotel Imagicaa hotel near Mumbai for Rs 248 crore

Juniper Hotels Limited has entered into a binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited, previously known as Adlabs Entertainment Limited, to acquire the Novotel Imagicaa hotel in Khopoli, Maharashtra, for a total consideration of Rs 2,48,00,00,000, subject to adjustments. The hotel, situated near Mumbai, comprises 287 guest rooms and associated facilities on approximately 11 acres of land.
