Shamrock Industrial appoints NGMKS & Associates as statutory auditors until the next AGM

Shamrock Industrial Company Ltd. announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of M/s. NGMKS & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 024492N), as statutory auditors to replace M/s. Motilal & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, following their resignation, with the term lasting until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting, subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved a postal ballot notice to seek shareholder approval for the auditor appointment, as per the provisions of Section 139(8) of the Companies Act, 2013.
