Tata Chemicals Limited informed Central Depository Services (India) Limited and National Depository Services Limited that details of securities dematerialised and rematerialised for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, have been furnished to the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, as required under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
