Pace Digitek Limited, formerly known as Pace Digitek Private Limited and Pace Digitek Infra Private Limited, informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd that it has received a certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, as Registrar and Transfer Agents, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
