IndiGrid unitholders to vote electronically via NSDL e-Voting website for transactions

IndiGrid unitholders are instructed to vote electronically on a series of transactions involving multiple entities, requiring access to the NSDL e-Voting website at [https://www.evoting.nsdl.com/](https://www.evoting.nsdl.com/). Voting Event Number 143247 must be selected for IndiGrid. Login credentials vary depending on whether unitholders hold shares in a Demat account with NSDL or CDSL, or if they are other unitholders requiring documentation submission to complianceofficer@indigrid.com.
