Ironwood Education Limited said its board approved a change of name to Ironwood Realty Limited, subject to shareholder, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and other statutory approvals. The company will circulate a postal ballot notice to shareholders seeking approval for the name change and consequential alterations to its Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, and has appointed Sonali Gamne & Associates, Company Secretaries, as the scrutinizer for the voting process.
