ARIES Agro and Aarthi Consultants confirm regulatory compliance filings with Indian exchanges

ARIES AGRO LIMITED submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 5, 2026, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the period ended September 30, 2026, and from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, while AARTHI CONSULTANTS PVT LTD also submitted a similar certificate regarding compliance with the same regulation.
