G G ENGINEERING LIMITED, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirmed that certificates of securities received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled, with the name of the depository substituted in the records of KFIN TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, the registrar and transfer agent.
