Leading Leasing Finance board retracts share and warrant allotment applications

Leading Leasing Finance and Investment Company Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited that its board withdrew the in-principle approval applications submitted to both exchanges for the issue and allotment of 35,71,42,856 equity shares and 70,93,57,119 convertible warrants, which were previously slated for conversion of existing loan into equity shares, respectively.
