McNally Bharat seeks shareholder approval to expand into IT/ITES services

McNally Bharat Engineering Company Limited announced that its board of directors approved an alteration of the company’s Memorandum of Association to insert sub-clause (23) to enable the company to undertake Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services (IT/ITES) business, and to facilitate future territorial expansion, with the change taking effect after approval through a Postal Ballot process concluding on November 13, 2026.
