Narayana Hrudayalaya to manage Kolkata hospital, partnering with Mission of Mercy and Assemblies of God

Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited entered into an Operation and Management Agreement with Mission of Mercy Hospital and Research Centre and The Assemblies of God of North India to operate, manage, and control the Mission of Mercy Hospital & Research Centre in Kolkata, with a capacity of 100 beds and an area of approximately 63,240.37 sq. ft., the company announced on October 5, 2026. The agreement, which does not confer ownership or lease rights, will see Narayana Hrudayalaya leverage its healthcare and hospital management expertise, with commercial operations expected to commence within 12 months, subject to certain conditions precedent.
