EMA India confirms Alankit Assignments' compliance with SEBI regulations for Q3 2026

EMA India Limited informed the BSE that Alankit Assignments Limited, its registrar and share transfer agent, has confirmed compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, pertaining to physical share certificates received for dematerialization of equity shares.
