Agri-Tech (India) Limited will hold a board meeting on Monday, 12th October, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026, as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the trading window for the company's securities has been closed since 1st October, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the results are declared.
