Megri Soft Limited informed the BSE Limited that the company did not raise funds through a public issue, rights issue, preferential issue, or qualified institutional placement during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, rendering the Statement of Deviation or Variation under Regulation 32(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 not applicable.
