BASF India confirmed securities were cancelled and names updated per SEBI regulations

BASF India Limited certified that securities received for dematerialization were mutilated and cancelled following verification, and that the names of depositories were substituted in the Register of Members within the prescribed timelines, as per Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The certification was based on a certificate received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, the company's Registrar & Share Transfer Agent.
