Purple Agrotech Industries Limited, formerly known as Purple Entertainment Limited, has sought approval to change its name to either “Aurumex Industries Limited” or “Zenara Industries Limited,” according to a regulatory filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange on October 5, 2026, subject to availability and approval from the Registrar of Companies.
