Central Bank of India confirms receipt of certificate from MUFG Intime India

Central Bank of India submitted a certificate dated October 5, 2026, received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly known as Link Intime India Private Limited, the bank’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, as required under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026.
