Jaykay Enterprises Limited invested Rs 25,00,00,000 in subsidiary JK Defence & Aerospace Limited

Jaykay Enterprises Limited announced it acquired an additional 25,00,000 preference shares, with a face value of Rs 100 each, for a total consideration of Rs 25,00,00,000 in its wholly owned subsidiary, JK Defence & Aerospace Limited, pursuant to a rights issue. The acquisition, completed on October 5, 2026, does not alter Jaykay Enterprises’ 100% ownership stake in JK Defence & Aerospace Limited, which was incorporated on July 3, 2023.
