Gravita India forms Gravita Recyclers USA Inc. to trade scrap materials in the United States

Gravita India Limited announced that its board of directors approved the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, Gravita Recyclers USA Inc., in the United States of America, with an initial capital of USD 50,000. The new company will be engaged in the trading of scrap and scrap materials, and Gravita India Limited will hold 100% shareholding in the entity.
