Shalby Limited submitted a certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Limited, received from KFin Technologies Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, concerning the dematerialized/rematerialized securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
