ITC Limited confirms compliance with SEBI regulations regarding dematerialized shares

ITC Limited, in a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on October 5, 2026, confirmed compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, regarding dematerialized shares for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, stating that the shares are listed on stock exchanges and related share certificates have been mutilated and cancelled.
