Safa Systems secures Rs 4.89 crore via preferential share allotment to promoters

Safa Systems & Technologies Limited announced the allotment of 23,90,000 equity shares on a preferential basis to promoters and members of the promoter group at a price of Rs 20.47 per share, totaling Rs 4,89,23,300.00, according to a filing with the BSE Limited on Monday, October 5, 2026. The allotment increases the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs 24,97,75,500 with 2,49,77,550 shares to Rs 27,36,75,500 with 2,73,67,550 shares.
