Kanel Industries confirms securities dematerialization certificate compliance with SEBI regulations

Kanel Industries Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it has received a certificate from Purva Sharegistry (India) Pvt. Ltd confirming the dematerialization of securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
