Aadhar Housing Finance Limited confirmed to the BSE Limited that the proceeds from commercial papers issued and listed on the exchange during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, have been utilized for the purposes disclosed in the company’s listing application, as per SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS - PoD/P/CIR/2025/0000000137 dated October 15, 2025.
