Peninsula Land reports securities dematerialization confirmation from Purva Sharegistry

Peninsula Land Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it received a confirmation certificate from Purva Sharegistry (I) Private Limited, its Registrar and Transfer Agent, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, pertaining to securities received from depository participants for dematerialisation, as per Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018.
