Pricol Limited confirmed securities dematerialization processing by Integrated Registry Management Services

Pricol Limited, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirmed that securities received from depository participants for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, were accepted or rejected by its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited, and that the securities were listed on stock exchanges. Pricol also stated that security certificates received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled, with the depositories substituted as registered owners in the member register.
