Just Dial executives Mani and Krishnan pledged shares to Reliance Retail Ventures Limited

Just Dial Limited disclosed that V.S.S. Mani created an encumbrance of 64,68,187 shares, representing 7.61% of the company's total share capital, on September 28, 2026, with Reliance Retail Ventures Limited. Additionally, Eshwary Krishnan released an encumbrance of 2,39,647 shares, representing 0.28% of the company's total share capital, also on September 28, 2026, with Reliance Retail Ventures Limited. The encumbrance is related to a shareholders agreement dated July 16, 2021.
