ideaForge Technology Limited disclosed that Ankit Mehta, Promoter and Whole-Time Director, has created a pledge over 280,000 equity shares held by him, representing 0.56% of the company's total share capital, for personal financial requirements. The pledge was created on September 28, 2026, in favor of In?na Finance Private Limited, which holds 650,370 shares, representing 1.30% of the total share capital. Mehta's total promoter holding is 36,86,964 shares, or 7.42% of the company's share capital.
