Shree Renuka Sugars Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, October 30, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. The company also stated that the trading window for its securities will remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives until 48 hours after the financial results are filed with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the BSE Limited.
