V. S. S. Mani's gift acquisition boosts Just Dial shareholding to 7.89%

V. S. S. Mani acquired 2,39,647 equity shares of Just Dial Limited on September 28, 2026, through an inter-se transfer from Mrs. Eshwary Krishnan by way of a gift, according to a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, BSE Limited and Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited. The acquisition, which did not involve any consideration, resulted in Mr. Mani’s shareholding increasing to 67,07,834 shares, representing 7.89% of Just Dial Limited’s total share capital, while Mrs. Krishnan’s holding decreased to zero.
