Muthoot Capital Services secures approval to issue Rs 200 crores in debentures with a 36-month tenure

Muthoot Capital Services Limited announced that its Debenture Issue and Allotment Committee approved the issuance and allotment of up to Rs 200 crores of Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Taxable, Transferrable, Non-Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis. The debentures will have a tenure of 36 months, with a coupon rate of 9.25% per annum, and are expected to be listed on the BSE Limited with a deemed date of allotment on October 14, 2026.
