Transgene Biotek Limited confirmed it does not meet the criteria to be classified as a “Large Corporate” under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018, and BSE Circular No. LIST/COM/05/2019 -20 dated April 11, 2019, in a filing with the BSE Limited on October 3, 2026.
