Gconnect Logitech changes name, moves office, and expands authorized share capital

Gconnect Logitech and Supply Chain Limited, formerly Gconnect Logitech And Supply Chain Private Limited, announced that its board approved a name change to either Sheth Eba Global Venture Limited or Sheth Eba Global Limited, subject to regulatory approvals. The company also approved shifting its registered office from Gujarat to Maharashtra, increasing its authorized share capital from Rs 40,00,000 to Rs 10,00,00,000, and approved alterations to its Memorandum of Association, including adding clauses related to manufacturing, fabrication, and trading of metals and engineering products.
