Asahi Enterprise Limited, formerly known as Global Longlife Hospital and Research Limited, announced that its Board of Directors approved convening an Extraordinary General Meeting on Friday, October 30, 2026, at 12:15 P.M. IST, to seek member approval for an issuance, and appointed M/s Insiya Nalawala & Associates as the scrutinizer for remote e-voting, while also appointing National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) as the Remote E-Voting Agency.
