VRL Logistics freezes shares as part of buyback program targeting up to 8.75 million shares

VRL Logistics Limited informed the BSE and NSE that it has freezed its ISIN INE366I01010 in respect of equity shares held by promoters and the promoter group, as part of its ongoing buyback of up to 87,50,000 fully paid-up equity shares at a price of Rs 320 per share, with the freeze effective from October 4, 2026, until the completion of the buyback process.
