GTN Industries Ltd. certified compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the half-year/quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming details of dematerialized/rematerialized securities were furnished to stock exchanges and that certificates were mutilated and cancelled after verification. Integrated Registry Management Services Pvt. Ltd. also confirmed the acceptance or rejection of securities received from depository participants for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, and that security certificates were mutilated and cancelled, with the depositories’ names substituted in the register of members within 15 days.
