Kabra Extrusiontechnik allotted 37.6 million shares, raising Rs 141 crore from investors

Kabra Extrusiontechnik Limited announced the allotment of 37,60,000 equity shares to ‘Promoter & Promoter Group’ and ‘Non-Promoter’ category investors for a total consideration of Rs 141,00,00,000, according to a regulatory filing on October 2, 2026. The shares were issued at an issue price of Rs 375 per share, including a premium of Rs 370, with the company receiving the full consideration prior to the allotment. Following the allotment, the company’s issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital increased from Rs 17,48,64,180 divided into 3,49,72,836 shares to Rs 19,36,64,180 divided into 3,87,32,836 shares.
