Crane Infrastructure appoints Umamaheswara Rao & Co. as statutory auditors for five years

Crane Infrastructure Limited informed the BSE that M/s. Pundrikakshyam & Associates, Chartered Accountants, retired as the company's statutory auditors after the completion of the 18th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026, and that shareholders approved the appointment of M/s. Umamaheswara Rao & Co., Chartered Accountants, for a term of five years commencing from the conclusion of the 18th AGM until the conclusion of the 23rd AGM.
