Rajkot Investment Trust appoints Arun Sharma as Joint Chief Financial Officer, effective October 2026

Rajkot Investment Trust Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Arun Sharma as Joint Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective October 1, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee/Audit Committee. Mr. Sharma, a Chartered Accountant and LLB from the University of Calcutta, brings extensive experience in finance, loan syndication, mergers, acquisitions, and valuation.
